SolaceWear Return & Exchange Policy

At SolaceWear, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to assist.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Items marked as final sale or discounted.

2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team at support@solacewear.pk or via WhatsApp at 03021609230, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  5. Resolution: If approved, we'll process your exchange or issue a refund as per your preference.

3. Refund Policy

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your choice.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Deductions: In cases where the return is due to reasons other than a defect or error on our part, a nominal fee of PKR 300 may be deducted to cover processing costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Immediate Action: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

5. Additional Information

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

  • Color Variations: Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
