2. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care team at support@solacewear.pk or via WhatsApp at 03021609230, providing your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Resolution: If approved, we'll process your exchange or issue a refund as per your preference.
3. Refund Policy

Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your choice.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Deductions: In cases where the return is due to reasons other than a defect or error on our part, a nominal fee of PKR 300 may be deducted to cover processing costs.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

5. Additional Information

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Color Variations: Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
